I design products. Curiosity takes care of the rest.

Hiiii, I’m Pelumi, a product designer who enjoys understanding not just how products look and feel, but how the systems, technology and people behind them make everything work.

I currently work at Kuda, where I design financial products that enable more life and lead the design system team. My work focuses on bridging the gap between design and engineering, improving how we collaborate and creating foundations that make quality and consistency easier to maintain.

My interest in systems has grown from seeing how easily good decisions and important details can get lost between design and implementation.

I’ve become increasingly interested in creating structures that help teams collaborate better, maintain quality and deliver thoughtful experiences more consistently. That same curiosity regularly pulls me beyond conventional product design. I’ve built every version of this portfolio, created Webflow websites for people and used AI to turn ideas into working experiments, like the digital Polaroid generator used to generate the polaroids on this page. I’m most at home where design and engineering overlap, learning enough about both to make better decisions and occasionally build the idea myself.

When I’m not designing or experimenting with something new, you’ll probably find me at the gym, binging anime, playing Marvel Rivals or testing out a new recipe.
